From the flexible appointment, to the easy check-in, to the text message inspection/quote, easy mobile payment, and simple drop box pickup - my vehicle service was a breeze. After living here 4 years I’ve finally found the right place with the best price on full synthetic oil changes. Last 4-5 have been at other places in Pcola and were $80 or more. And the office staff are very thorough and courteous. Even the owner came in around 9 AM and welcomed everyone and then offered coffee and snacks. And on the second oil change I got lucky as they had special Promotion that day where you spin a wheel and I won $100 towards the oil change and a credit for next visit.

Do not go to this auto repair shop. They charged me $170 just to tell me what was wrong, then almost $400 to put in a battery w/o cleaning off battery acid from the old battery. Then when I went to pick it up my car the check engine light was on. My car isn't worth much but it is paid for and the only way for my daughter to get to school. 💔 This has not only happened to me. Be SURE you watch carefully or they will rip you off.

I had a fantastic experience. Their prices were great, and the attention to detail really stood out. The customer service was top-notch, and I loved how they use technology to make everything easy—appointments were simple to book, and I received quotes electronically with photos attached. The work was completed quickly. Highly recommend!

They told me work needed to be done. That did not need to be done. I advised I would have to drive it all the way back to Indiana to my home Mechanic if work needed to be done. And they did not clarify that it was not necessary work right now. So I lost several days pay going to Indiana just to have my home Mechanic tell me that it wasn’t necessary
