Came on last second notice and fixed the problem in no time. We now have a new thermostat and it looks great. I did wish the technician would’ve asked before proceeding with the install just to at least know my options and cost. However I still would’ve chosen the tech to install the thermostat and the AC works again so overall the experience was great. Price was very fair too! This is an update. I had Anthony install a 1.5 ton mini split in my garage. He handled the install plus the electrical work that needed to be done. He had it up and running in 5 hours. Crazy fast. I’ve had it for 4 months now and I love it. The system is a Gree so it’s not a top of the line unit but man if I didn’t know I would think it’s one of the best. Oh my goodness! I have NEVER found another air conditioning / heating company that cared so much about helping IMMEDIATELY! Pensacola Heating and Air is run by a husband and wife team that not only do their best to fix what's broken, but they make you feel like family while they're doing it! They call and let you know when they're coming. They make sure that everything is working properly and effectively, and let you know that there if there's any problem whatsoever just give a call and they'll be right back out! I was so blessed to have Mr Anthony come out and do the work for me! He was VERY thorough and made sure everything was working wonderfully! They also have a maintenance agreement where they will come out and check your unit when the seasons change, and if you become a part of this

Pensacola Heating & Air is the best! Kathy worked with me through an issue I had with a Home Warranty Company, which was a nightmare! She was awesome... very understanding, patient, and honest!! When I finally got the approval from the HW Co, they were ready and waiting to repair my HVAC! Anthony was prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable. It was so nice to work with a company that actually cares!

I have a maintenence contract with Pensacola Heating and Air for my 2 HVAC units. Very pleased with the service and price. In addition, I've called them twice to fix problems with a unit. I think Anthony is the best HVAC tech I've ever dealt with. In both instances, he responded quickly, diagnosed the issue, and had the unit back up and running within 30 to 45 minutes of his arrival. I find Pensacola Heating and Air to be very professional, very personable, and extremely competent. Without hesitation I highly them to anyone needing maintenance or repair to their heating and cooling systems.
