They were so meticulous in their work and the end result is outstanding. I would highly recommend this company for all your pool service needs. Everything worked out great. ⚠️ Frustrating Experience with Pensacola Poolscapes ⚠️ Had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Pensacola Poolscapes for a Hayward warranty issue on a brand-new pool build (installed by a different pool builder). What should have been a simple process turned into three weeks of runaround. The service rep was never in the office — every time I called, I was told she had “already left for the day” or “wasn’t in today.” To make matters worse, no one ever returned a single phone call, despite multiple messages and follow-ups. The complete lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable, especially when dealing with warranty work that should be handled professionally and promptly. If you are in the market to buy a quality hot tub, Pensacola Poolscapes is the best place! Todd and all the other employees we met are very knowledgeable, helpful, accommodating and friendly; all without pushing for a sale. The value of the products they offer, the pricing, and in-house servicing/warranty service is far superior than any of the other hot tub stores in our area. We definitely shopped around and did our research prior to making the purchase and couldn’t be more pleased with or experience and purchase from Pensacola Poolscapes. Todd and his team did an awesome job with installing all new pool equipment and a new liner. They were here on time and worked very hard to make sure that everything turned out perfect.
