I'm not a plumber. Walked in having some idea what I needed but no idea how it worked. They helped me get the right part. No messing around trying to find someone. They will have my business while I'm stationed in the area. Great experience and I wish more places operated like these guys

Absolutely unbelievable experience at Winn Supply today. After years of doing business with them, we were literally run out of the parking lot by their own delivery drivers. Rude, disrespectful, and downright unprofessional. We had a trailer ready to load over 600 feet of sewer pipe, and instead of being treated like loyal customers, we were treated like a problem. That’s the last time we’ll ever deal with them — and I’ll make sure others know how they treat their long-term customers.

Top notch organization. The Staff I have dealt are always patient and professional, Mr. Derrick especially. Winsupply has nationwide large-scale supply chains, logistics and capacity but unlike other local competitors they provide friendly service and do not interact with the customer like Forbes100 company. Lastly, Pensacola Winsupply is highly effective by providing service with competency in both the design and technical applications of residential plumbing, so there are no costly fumbles or wasted movements with the 'ole "girls in the front vs. guys in the back" scenario. These folks know what they are doing.

Winsupply of Pensacola is hands-down one of the best places in town for plumbing supplies. I get my Island drains for stand along tubs there, along with other PEX and plumbing supplies. I am always impressed with their inventory and the knowledge of their staff. They have everything I need in stock — from fittings and valves to specialty items. Often with custom PVC shower pans that are large you need the width to be 6 feet with a custom length and at home depot and lowes the length can be whatever you'd like but the width is limited to either 4 or 5 feet. So, for large widths, WinSupply is the goto place. Hands down the absolute best supply house in the area! All of their staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If they don't have exactly what you need, they will order it, and quickly. They are the only plumbing supply that I actually want to use, and have been that way for years. If 10 stars were an option, they'd have it from me.
