Pepin did an excellent job. After I found out he was responsible for the Sternberg mansion restoration, I knew he was the man I wanted for my job. My bathroom needed an update in my 1918 home due to a plumbing issue and after interviewing 3 other contractors i went with him, even though he was not the least expensive and I am so glad i did. I saw sone of his work on the internet and he had worked for several friends as well. He is totally transparent regarding cost and did not take any shortcuts. Everything was done properly and with the best materials and in agreement with me. He is honest and an all around really good guy. Hire him, you won’t be sorry. I have been very pleased and look forward to our next project.

Pepin was great to work with when we replaced our roof after a hail storm. He was responsive to our questions and needs and we felt we were in good hands. His crews were great! Very efficient, friendly and they did quality work. Plus they cleaned up perfectly after they were finished. Highly recommend!

This wasn't our first build experience—but it was certainly the best. We built a house with another very popular builder in Northwest Wichita a while back, and Pepin's work stands head-and-shoulders above what we experienced previously. When we had our home inspected, the inspector couldn't find ANY significant issues and noted (multiple times) that is was one of the best built homes he'd inspected throughout his decade + of time in the industry. Pepin and team are great to work with! The initial consultation, along with the designer he recommended (Meegan Jowdy), was thorough and they took plenty of time to help shape our vision for our complete kitchen remodel (rearranging appliances, flooring, cabinets, countertops, lighting, and new island). Meegan used our general ideas and found the perfect items for each. Pepin and Meegan took care of all the ordering and used an online tool to lay out our schedule. All of Pepin's crew were a pleasure to interact with and we felt like they truly cared to do the job right. As with all projects, there were small changes/issues along the way and his team was ready and willing to come back out and make sure we were completely happy with each step.
