On 3/9/23 Christy sent very experienced technicians. William & Hunter. They installed the 14.3 seer HP in one day....from 10am to 4pm Non stop. They cleaned up the attic n outside, gathered all debri. They showed me how to work the new thermostat, they checked each outlet to ensure proper air flow. On 3/21/23 Allen( instal mgr) followed up n reviewed the work done. He checked air flow as well. Courteous team. Will definitely refer them 👍🏿 James Mwangi!

I love Peppers Heating and Air! They always have the best and most knowledgeable technicians. They are thorough and do excellent work. I use them for maintaining our units at Home and my place of business. Highly recommend. And they travel to Athens and Oconee which is really great.

The most excellent contractor for hvac work. I needed my 20+ year old heat pump replaced recently. Peppers staff was very professional from the initial contact with the office, through the quote process, and installation. Everything was explained clearly regarding system options and operations. The installation was scheduled and completed the next business day. Especially thankful to the installers, Jackson and Williams, for a great job.
