Peppertree Kitchen & Bath

We recently renovated an entire house and we were lucky enough to find Steve at Peppertree to help us with our kitchen and bathroom cabinets. We love contemporary design and Steve helped us create our dream kitchen and designed our office, laundry, mud room and bathroom cabinets as well. This was a huge undertaking for us and he was extremely patient and reassuring throughout the entire process. If I changed my mind or second guessed myself, he were always willing to listen to my ideas, make changes or give advice. He wanted to make sure that the design was custom for our specific needs and how we were going to use each space. The customer service he and the entire team at Peppertree provided was outstanding. We felt like their most important client every time even though we knew they had

We purchase our house from the Gabby Gourmet, Fred Wix. My first complaint is that the carpenter that I spoke with regarding some cabinet doors, basically blew me off. Got a voice mail stating that they didn't have the same type of wood anymore. Called and asked him for some ideas. Never heard back from him about it The cabinets doors are from the cabinet doors, right and left. Look at pictures very closely and see what is wrong with the doors. The quality control department is a little off. Doubt that they will fix this now. The problem is the hinges, never noticed them until we stripped them. They are not even.

A driver of a Peppertree Kitchen and bath truck came into my lane and almost hit me today while I was driving on 215.

Peppertree did my cabinets 22 years ago! The quality has been excellent. Now (2022) we have been doing some renovations and wanted to upgrade our cabinet drawers to the soft close slides. Peppertree told me which hardware to purchase and made me think they could fit me into their schedule. But ultimately I was told they will not be able to help me - not now, not ever. This was after I spent over $1000 on the hardware. So good initial quality but poor long term service is how I’d rate Peppertree.

I worked with Steve on a project recently, and I absolutely loved not only the process and the detail orientation of Steve and his designer as we were creating drawings and stains…but the end results on the project exceeded expectations on detail and quality. The cabinets made the home! Love these guys.
