Stay away from Perez Hardscaping. Their corporate LLC entity was cancelled by the state of Delaware and these guys still illegally use this defunct LLC to obtain a business license. Furthermore, their insurance was cancelled for nonpayment. And the quality of their work is thoroughly substandard. They do not know how to repair a deck and their shoddy work had to be ripped off and redone. They have created so many problems that it would take hours to describe. They continuously annoy you for money in violation of contractual conditions. Go look elsewhere to find a contractor, for you will assuredly get burned in the wrong spot if you hire them.
