Cut our grass 3 times. Each time was pretty sloppy. Only one pass over the grass with the cut grass all over. It was like having a thick layer of grass sitting on top of our lawn, it was a mess. At our previous home they would do 3 passes (for less money) to make sure there wasn't grass that gets all over your furniture and feet when walking around. The cuts didn't even include edging. After the month of cutting he ghosted us. I texted him a few times and said he was showing up but never came. Would have been courteous if he just gave us a heads up that he wasn't cutting anymore instead of having us wait a month with long grass. Not really sure why he stopped showing up but kept saying he would, still very confused about the whole situation.
