I am the opposite of a handy person. I have stacks of pictures to hang, rolls of wallpaper accumulated with no plan and 20 feet of built in cabinets with no stain. I reached out to the Perez team and from the first email to every quote since I have been SO PLEASED. Manuel is very easy to chat through projects with, he works me into his schedule very quickly, and his crew are really nice guys. Their work is very good quality and I trusted them in my home alone while I was out of town without hesitation. Can’t recommend enough.

We recently had a full kitchen renovation done by Perez remodeling. Electrical, plumbing, drywall, tile, venting, trim work, cabinetry install, pantry shelving… you name it, they did it!
