Juan has done several projects for me over the past several years. Replaced the inside sliders of wood casement windows at a significant savings, painted my detached deck, pergola and grill platform on two different cycles, painted a remodeled bedroom and bathroom plus added crown molding. He is a craftsman with attention to detail.
