What happened to oleg. I have had the pleasure of his workmanship for many of my rentals. The new installers do not have the same experience it seems. Where's the old installation crew?

Perfect Air is the only air conditioning company I use and for good reason. I used them several times and think results speak for themselves. My tenants said the AC was not cooling properly and called "One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating" located in Bradenton in Feb 2025. They insisted on fixing the AC immediately but it was after normal business hours so they called "One Hour" since they offer emergency service. Bad call on their part. Not only did One Hour charge $149 for the service call but the tech shocked me by saying that coil, filter dryer, and refrigerant needed to be replaced at a cost of approximately $4000, included parts & labor. Tech said AC unit was under warranty (which is was not!) and price included warranty credit. Tech claimed there was oil stain/leak on coil due to r
