Perfect Pools and Patios

We are Still Gettiing False Reviews as of Jan 2026 ....Would like to say that we are getting reviews that are not for our company-they are for other Pools Companies in the area. we have look into our records and we have no jobs been completed by a lot of these customers. and 2 that posted 5 months ago were from 2021 and jobs were on hold due to customers not paying their bill they owed us., and past employees having all family members post fake reviews. We strive to give great customer service and any problems that occur we are happy to make it right if it's something we did, most of our issues with jobs getting behind is due to weather which we cannot control. We are unable to respond to reviews, so we decided to post this. Thank you.

Have never had a bad experience with them.. the only place that doesn't try to sale me unnecessary chemicals when we have our water tested. Had one issue with a pool cover and they took care of it with no problem. They are the only pool store we use and couldn't be happier with the service provided.

We had an appointment for 2 months to have our new pool liner installed, we went to the store to confirm our appointment this pasted Saturday, we drained our pool down to the foot they ask us to do and took most of the railing off for them The lady on the phone said she couldn’t help that we had a personal problem and couldn’t do it at a later date. We have spent hundreds of dollars with this company but I will refuse to buy from ever again. Very unprofessional and rude!!! 😡😡😡😡

I would definitely never go through this company ever again waited a couple years after I paid for my pool liner. Im talking 5000 down the drain. I had to threaten a law suit. They came in 3 weeks. Liner hasnt held water since the first week it it was installed. Left message to let them know. I just basically gave up on having a pool. They saw a single Mom come in and took advantage of for sure.

Where do I start. First of all they were over a month late on our installation and when they finally got it installed a week later we had nut grass growing through the liner. I called them and spoke to the owner who said they would replace the liner, but there was nothing they could do to prevent grass from growing through the liner. After I first called them, they told me it was next to impossible for that grass to grow through a liner. So I went online and did my research and come to find out. It is a very very common problem, especially where I live. So we knew even if they replaced the liner, it would still grow back through again.
