Perfect pools will never accept fault. My liner did not last 3 month's. Lesson learned, not worth legal action.. Oh! One of the young men, brings his girl friend with him on the job👎👎

The below information is fact.. They came out on the first visit and said our water was low and they turned the pump so it was pulling from the bottom. They didn’t tell us what we needed to do and whenever it was pulling from the bottom algae got in our pool. They did not accept blame for this And they blamed us. I brushed the sides and shocked the Pool myself although I didn’t feel we should have to do this. They told me they weren’t going to cover the cost to do it so I had to do it. Three weeks later we got algae in our pool again I looked in the canister and there was one tablet in there that was about the size of a dime. They clearly we’re not putting chlorine in the banister like they said they would.. We were on twice a month service, but knowing our Pool for the last nine year

After calling about 6 different companies, Perfect Pools was the ONLY pool service that we could find that would come out to Midway, GA. So happy we found them. Our pool was green and full of algae when we first bought this house... they had it cleaned up and sparkling blue in no time. They have helped us with some energy saving ideas as well. Erin and Bryan have been great. They leave an info sheet (attached) in your mailbox on the days that they have come out (I think the address at the bottom of the info sheet is their old contact info though - google maps shows updated info).
