Perfect Power Wash

I have used this company several times for cleaning a deck. In September I used them to wash the inside walls of a carport. The technician stripped the paint off of 2 pillars and did not even tell me. He just left to go to his next appointment. The response when I called to complain was the paint on the wood must have been old and they offered me $50 so I could buy paint and repaint the pillars. I now know to ALWAYS be home when the work is done and monitor the technician carefully to minimize the damage done.

Recently contracted this company to wash my 3 story home metal siding + front porch area. Being right on a busy street, the home exterior has accumulated a lot of dust and debris over at least 10-15 years. The age of the metal siding is unknown and already sun lightened, so I was a bit nervous to have it powerwashed in case it made the discoloration worse. The sales agent recommended a “soft wash” instead of power wash. This method used gentle cleaning agents to dissolve the residue on the siding. The before & after photos speak for themselves! Pricing was very reasonable, and they worked with me to fit my budget. Would definitely use again & highly recommend this company.

Jairo Dumas from Perfect Power Wash was Excellent from beginning to end. Arrived on time and got straight to work. Asked to confirm what were our needs and assured my wife and I that afterwards we would walk around and review the work performed. Mr. Dumas brought our home back to life. Even making sure that the bricks around our garden all the way to our trash bins were cleaned and restored back to their nature brand new state. Mr. Dumas had our sidewalk and steps looking like fresh concrete was laid down. Our home looked like we just moved in on the 1st day. ASK FOR JAIRO- he is amazing! My husband and I needed someone to come out quick because we had to make some changes asap per our HOA report. I called on a Saturday, October 4th and spoke with Justin who assured me I would be satisfied and could meet our deadline and would mark my service as urgent. He was patient and answered all of my questions. It was so easy that I started to ask myself if it were too good to be true so I started to review the google reviews. Ha- you are probably thinking you should have done that PRIOR to booking but, I didn't. I called again and spoke with Colin who was also super patient and I told him my concerns after reading a few reviews. Colin calmed every fear I had and assured me that if I were dissatisfied with the service- they would make it right. On Octob
