Perfect Power Wash

Nicks has painted, powerwashed 3 of our homes and have been very happy each time with the work they have done. They have also painted a few commercial buildings and the work has been 5 stars 🌟 everytime!

The guys were great! My windows and siding all look amazing! Especially our brick pavers. We had to sand and seal and they did a great job! Highly recommend.

PPW was scheduled to clean my driveway, walkway and back patio along with a rock retaining wall. PPW gets one star for the work that was completed. The problem is that the areas surrounding the cleaned areas required me to pull out my pressure washer and clean up. Two hours later and I am still picking up rocks from the yard that were not part of the retaining wall. Why they would use a wand instead of a disk surface cleaner is beyond me. They cleaned what was asked of them but left everything else a mess.

BEWARE! FORCED to leave a review here and elsewhere. Customer Service Manager, Matt said if I left a review he would just defend the lies so can’t wait so see what he comes up with. With more lies I’m sure. This unprofessional company (on so many levels) washed the siding and skipped the brick on house which is half the house. Pressure caused my trim to pop off siding and was just left there claiming it was loose prior which it wasn’t. Caused my window to fill with moisture and now have to replace it! When I called to voice concern was met with defensiveness and lack of ownership. Was forced to dispute charge with credit card company….what a headache that I was not expecting to deal with. AGAIN, BEWARE!!!

They came out and did the work. They were supposed to clean my gutters, but didn’t do that charge me for it. I paid them immediately when they sent me the bill the next day and I called them and asked for an adjustment since my gutters were cleaned out told me I’d have it in 3 to 5 business days. It’s been over seven days now and they haven’t even processed the refund. They just don’t do what they say and when you call them, I called three times they pass it out to someone else and say there’s nothing they can do about it. It’s somebody else’s job. I would recommend dealing with someone that will take care of everything as they say they do
