Perfect Site Property Maintenance

Our home was built in 2018 and Perfect Site had the contract for the landscaping and hydroseeding. I will say the landscape part was great no complaints on that. My problem has been my yard. The yard was hydroseeded in May 2018 and it came in okay. After my yard was put In I asked Ryan if they would treat the yard and he said they were too busy. (I wanted him to treat the yard in case it did not come in well and there would be no excuses)We had a lot of bare spots so I told Ryan about my concerns. They came back out in the fall and they overseeded In the spring of 2019 the yard came in great nice and green but with a whole bunch of bare spots.
