I can't recommend Jack enough! He came out to fix our AC issue in no time and handled everything like a pro. His attention to detail and extensive knowledge made all the difference. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what was going on. If you need someone reliable and skilled, Jack is your guy! Five stars all the way!!! Would highly recommend.

I mean what can I really say about this company but WOW. Recently purchased a condo and the AC just stopped. Had no idea what was wrong with it. A neighbor suggested this company. I called and the owner himself came out late on a Friday night to take a look at my system. He got it up and running again. Great attitude all around. So pleased with his service i gladly signed up for their Maintenance plan. As an Accountant, spending money on a service plan needs to make logical sense. This by far makes the most sense for piece of mind. Will be able to sleep easier tonight knowing my system is in good hands. Oh and the fact they provide 24 hour service is huge. Nothing worse than having a AC go out in the middle of the night and you can’t get someone to come out till the following day. I hope p

I bought a house that came with a unit and I used to call the number for a different company that was posted on the unit itself, that the previous owners had used. I had bad experiences with that other company each time, so I went searching for a new company and found PerfectTemp. Jack personally called me when I had a small issue, and even the receptionist helped me with some tips on how to prevent further issues. I have a maintenance contract with PerfectTemp now and always will. Great company and work ethic, which is hard to find in South Florida!

I can’t begin to describe how wonderful my experience was with PerfecTemp. My A/C was leaking for the 6th time in 2 years. This was the worst it had been. The previous company I used was not answering my call or returning either of the messages I left on the emergency line. The leak was getting very bad and Luckily I saw PerfecTemp was 24/7 and I called and spoke with Jack at 830pm on a Sunday night . I explained the situation and he assured me someone could come out to the house that night. About 10 mins after our call Jack called me back and said his on call technicians were all held up and he got in his truck and personally came to my house to fix the issue. Had my AC go out at 9:45 on Saturday night during 4th of July weekend and when I got my call back from the service provider I was met by a vey friendly and helpful associate named Jack. He saved me a service call (and possibly hundreds of dollars) by simply troubleshooting my issue over the phone. I followed his guidance and my AC was back up and running within minutes. It’s very rare that you find a company that prioritizes the needs of the customer over profits. I had such a good experience I will be signing up for their maintenance program. If you have AC needs these are your people. Not only was Jack extremely helpful, he was personable, understanding, and talked through the procedure like the back of his hand. 10/10 service.
