Had a Bosch heat pump unit installed today to replace my aging Trane system. This was about as good an experience you can come by. The technicians Jason, Mike and Wyatt were all super nice and knowledgeable. This was a big all day project and I was very impressed by their discipline, efficiency and teamwork. I would hope to see them again for the next install. Additionally, Reno from sales introduced us to a great program sponsored by JCPL which made the decision to upgrade a no brainer. Really a privilege to work with such professional people.

We recently had work done at our center. Chris, Mike, and Mike were great. They were professional throughout and cleaned up after themselves. We are extremely grateful to Perfection Contracting for sending these 3 our way to install our mini splits. We appreciate how quickly the job was completed. Don't be left out in the cold - CALL PERFECTION!!!

I contacted Perfection Contracting because we were having issues with our present air conditioning system which was 20+ years old. Sam was out here quickly, provided us with a more than reasonable quote and the system was replaced quickly. The installers completed the job in a more than workmanlike manner. Sam, the office staff, and the installers were all very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Both my husband and I would highly recommend using Perfection Contracting for any HVAC issues. You are sure not to be disappointed.

Only giving 2 stars because they did fix a leak in our heat pump system. A day later, the unit stopped working again. Waited days for someone to come look at it. The man who came was rude, didnt even acknowledge me or introduce himself when I greeted him, left our attic light and door/ladder open after he left, and never bothered to tell me he was leaving. They rely on a separate company to diagnose the issue, and this company never responds, so we're now 2+ weeks without heat. Perfection never communicated or updated us, just left us hanging and waiting. If you rely on another company or know that the issue is beyond your scope, try communicating that upfront next time.

Middle of the summer our AC went and we called Perfection they came right out and gave a quote for a new one fast and a great price. They were here in 3 days to put it in and Chris, Michael and Justin did a fabulous job. They were polite, answered all questions I had and cleaned everything up and were super respectful of our property. I would highly recommend Perfection Contracting for all your AC and heating needs. GREAT GUYS and COMPANY!!
