Perficut

Just chatted with Greg as he worked on Glenbrooke Park in Ankeny - very friendly guy. I live right next to the park and they always keep it looking great. They mow right up to my driveway which I appreciate - it keeps me from having to do 3-4 feet on the outside of my fence. Seems like a great company!

The team from Perficut (A, G, K, J to name a few all stars) have been awesome over the last two years we have worked with them. The plants in our building give the space much needed life, and I could GO ON about the wonderful work that they did for Christmas. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a team to care about your space the way that you do.

Litters. They like to 'advertise' by littering their custom made plastic poker chips all over the place. Getting real tired of picking them up.

This company is a lawsuit waiting to happen! Forklifts illegally crossing the road from one building to another across the street. Employees running across the road dodging traffic on multiple occasions during rush hour traffic! Company vehicles not using turn signals to turn into the business. The speed limit is like 45-50 mph right there! It’s growing old having to slam on my brakes constantly to avoid employees jay walking and operating forklifts across that street. I’m sure me and many others are starting to feel the same way.
