A technician named Craig from Performance Door Services came over to Pebble Creek retirement homes and saw a widow and try to take advantage of the situation. My Mom asked for an estimate and he convinced her that their company is compatible with rates, and he knew how to get it done. My mom called me (daughter Michele) and I started questioning her about the cost and did she get more than 1 estimate. She replied he said he could fix and she was getting frustrated and she just wanted her car out. Since I was the one paying, I went to see what was going on. Craig was quick to reply late at night to my evening email asking about a quote to repair our broken spring. He arrived the next afternoon as scheduled.
