Performance Heating and Air are amazing. My mom was recently having an issue with her furnace. The heat would not come on and it was freezing outside. My mom and Dad are older with health issues where they could not go with heat. When Robert heard this, he came the same day. He had the issue resolved in no time and got their heat on before that evening. He went above and beyond to help. He is an honest, reliable, and kind man. He is also very reasonable on his prices. We will use him from all our heat and air needs. Highly recommend this company!

I am a Vietnam veteran and a senior citizen. I called Robert on 1/19/2026 because my furnace was acting up. He came by and said there is nothing wrong. Charged me a $135.00 and left. Furnace stopped again 15 minutes later.I called him back and he came back and looked at it and left. Thirty minutes later it stopped again. I called him back and he said turn the breaker off and wait 20 minutes and turn it back on. I did this and nothing happened. Monday night the temperature in my house dropped down to 42 degrees. Because Robert is my cousin I actually thought he cared whether we had heat. I waited 3 days for him to check back and see if tripping the breaker worked which it didn’t,.I spent 3 days with the outside temperatures dropping down to 19 at night with no furnace and he did not even ca
