Performance Plaster

After spending $20,000 on a whole new pool reconstruction last year, which looked great after they were done. After being drained and cleaned from winter there’s a very large crack in the basin and there’s a a ton of algae that will not come off, multiple techniques have been tried. Contacted the company who after numerous contacts finally came out only to not back their work. To fix what they obviously did not do well they want to charge $2500 to fix the crack and $1200 to clean the algae, my guess is that they did not properly seal it when they were done. Very disappointed that they do not back their work, won’t be referring to anyone that needs anything done with this their pool.

This is the BEST plaster/pebble customer service company ever! The pebble is super smooth, the crews were professional, the communication was 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I am super picky and they met all my questions and concerns with kindness! If your in the market for plaster pick them you won’t be disappointed!
