Great company! I highly recommend Darrell's expertise. Not only is he knowledgeable, he's a very nice person and can put a smile on your face. Excellent job!
We have used Performance since 2016 and our equipment is from 2003, the same technician has continued to service both ovens and he knows them well. The service call wait is from 2 to 4 days and I feel this is a decent average. Performance admitted to a mistake and made good on its repair, this type of honesty and willingness to move forward "speaks volumes in their maturity". They will be phoned again.
