Cannot recommend! Countertops installed May 2025. Reported the issue of scratches on my new black stainless counter depth refrigerator. Kendra denied they did anything wrong even with my video proof. The installer also made a tremendous mess cutting stone on the new deck. They came back out after I reported the mess. The same installer sprayed some water with my garden hose but the mess remained. I ended up cleaning it off. Poor craftsmanship and no pride in their work whatsoever. I gave Performance Stoneworks all summer to fix the scratches. No repairs made, only threats of legal action if the balance wasn’t paid. The balance has been paid but I cannot give this company my business in the future. Very disappointing. Jeff, who came out to do the template, refused to take any responsibility

The team was exceptionally professional, flexible, and helpful. This was the first large scale updates we have done in our home and durring a very difficult time for our family they were patient and willing to talk through options. I would definitely reccomend this team. The kitchen is still being re-built, but the counters are awesome in the new space!

I love my quartz countertops!! My island is an unusual shape since it is between two posts and they managed to make it in one piece and I was thrilled! The measurement tech spent almost an hour with me to make sure I would like the shape. The installers did a great job with some very difficult maneuvering to get it between the posts. This is a great company to work with. Thanks to everyone for making the process so easy!!

We had an excellent experience with Performance Stoneworks! Our sales rep, Daryl, was super knowledgeable, helpful, and patient as we chose our materials. I'm so glad he helped me learn so much about natural stone because I couldn't be happier with what we selected. We went to a few warehouses before finding the jackpot of choices, and they were so fast with fabrication - we had a new countertop very soon after ordering. The install guys were great, and they answered any questions and resolved any concerns we had. Would absolutely work with Performance again!
