The process to get our new windows was great from start to finish. We signed our contract, knew all the terms of how payments should be made, were told the time frame to get them installed, got the call they were ready, install was done in 1 day. Original we were told that the windows would take about 12 weeks because the outside trim is black. They were ready about 4 weeks early. Sean and his team were thorough and did a great job. Everyone had their task and knew what to do. Angel came out after the install and ensured all windows were in proper working order. Everyone we worked with was polite and professional. We recently had all of our home windows replaced by Performance Windows and had a great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, efficient, and respectful of our home during the installation. The new windows look fantastic and really upgraded the overall feel of the house. We’re very happy with the quality of the work and the finished product. Highly recommend them if you’re considering new windows.

Full details. From start to finish it took me 12 weeks. Purchase date was 18 Oct and installers arrived 6 Jan to complete the work. After contract was signed there was no communication from the company until 3 days before windows were to be installed. Company communications need to improve - They say that it's 16 week process due to windows needing to be built/made, but updates from corporate sales or local sales team would have been great. They came and talked with us around January or February of 2025 and, mind you we have a no soliciting sign on our door, here comes a salesman wanting to know if we wanted to be a "modle home" for thier windows. had a lady come out and talked us into it. Jul 29th is when were informed they would be out to install 8 windows in our house. 3 hours AFTER we were told they would be here they show up and start. At 8ish pm they "were done". A "construction manager" came by did the fastest walk through ever at almost 9 pm and said yeah looks good and left. The amount of damage they did to where the windows were was horrifying. massive gaps broken glass every where broken shutters and trash outside. Just got all 16 of our windows replaced today! The foreman and workers worked hard and well. There was a crew of 8 men and women. Each person worked their part and it was nice listening to their cheerful chat and laughter. They cleaned up all work areas! After, the operations manager came by to test each window and take pictures. Today's Friday and when all is dry the foreman will be back to touch up on areas that need a little paint job on Wednesday.
