Great crew. I had at least a good foot thick of ice damn on the roof. Kyle was great to work with. He was very professional, listened to my budget concerns and tried hard to do what he could to help. One thing great about this service for me over shoveling over salt pucks, it gave me a clean start to install heat tape in snake pattern to insure the remaining of winter, there will be drain lines along the bottom of the roof. This past summer Kyle and his team worked on our property for one whole week. They cleaned our siding from the oxidation build-up. They washed our interior and exterior windows and screens. They also pressure washed and stained our dock, lake deck, house deck and even the picnic table. They worked efficiently and professionally. The finished products were amazing. Ice Dam Rescue! They came right away worked their tails off and saved my house. The amount of snow on the roof was unbelievable and there was probably 9 inches thick of ice underneath it. I would recommend them. They were very very kind.

I had over a foot thick ice dam on my house and it started leaking into my house. Before I could have a roofer look at the issues, I needed to get that ice dam removed. Kyle’s team was amazing to work with and they were able to come out the same day to break up the dam!
