Perimeter Roofing

We replaced our roof with Perimeter and the service was great from start to finish. Aiden Woods and his team did an amazing job every step of the process, including the initial consultation, handling the insurance issues, and the replacement of the roof. The process was faster than I expected and the price was reasonable. The material they use is high-quality and we haven’t had any issues. I highly reccomend Perimeter and Aiden for any roofing projects.

Wow! What a great experience. Our rep was Alyssa who was incredible from start to finish. She is extremely knowledgeable about roof damage and the whole insurance process. She is very responsive, is very good about explaining every detail and answering any question you may have. The crew on install day showed up at 6am and got right to work, finishing around 3pm. They had plywood boards to cover the windows and even wrapped my neighbors driveway columns to protect from any rogue debris in addition to using tarp all the way around to catch loose debris. They did a great job cleaning up as well. The crew was courteous and professional and very hard working. Could not recommend Perimeter Roofing more - thanks!

Zach the rep was exceptional. Roof was great. Accounting/billing stunk! Our “remaining balance” bill was sent to someone else’s email address for months. Our final bill was appt. $300 +. I asked if that was all we owed and was assured it was. We received a paid in full email. Months later, we get a call saying we owed $6,250 more! Spoke to several others who used Perimeter Roof and the same thing happened to them! Made us doubt the company and process. The process with insurance and going back and forth in the payment process though maybe necessary, was confusing. Your bookkeeping stinks. Someone else’s payment was paid on our account. Tyrell handled everything for the inspection, coordinated every step with insurance, and even came out for entire roof replacement. Very happy with Perimeter Roofing and how smoothly it all went. They were responsive to questions, and I never had to wait for them to take care of things in their end. Highly recommended

Amanda and Evan were amazing to work with. I had storm damage that a previous roofing company failed to even show up for inspection day. Not Evan, he was at my house the next day after I showed Amanda my roof damage. He inspected my roof and confirmed it wasn’t repairable like the insurance company said. He handled everything on the insurance side and got the insurance to pay for a new roof to include my detached garage! I would recommend Perimeter roofing to anyone that is in need of one!
