I purchased a system PCC-200- easy to setup. The collars will not hold up. I do have 3 larger dogs, but a lab is nothing out of the ordinary. All 3 collars eventually have broke, and I find them in the yard. The front grey housing separated from the back plate, which then will cause the internal wires to tear. I have reported this issue, and really have not received a solution. If the collars were not so expensive- it would be easier to replace. I had high hopes on the system- overall- if I could rewind, I would look for something with better quality. The design of the collar needs improvement. I normally do not complain to much, I just do not want future buyers to have the same issues...then become frustrated like our family has. Thanks.
