Had a great experience with getting carpet replaced in our room. We were converting our office into a new babies room and our baby was coming early January. We asked them to get the carpet in asap and this was the week of Christmas. They got in the carpet we wanted within a day and the installers even worked on Christmas Eve to get this completed. They installed it quickly and professionally. Everyone here was awesome and I highly recommend!

We received expert help from Shelley, the designer, in selecting the best fit for our second floor carpet replacement. The price was very fair. Our two installers, Gary and Ralph were highly skilled in all phases of the job. It was an all around pleasant experience. We will get another room done by Permanent next season as we were very pleased. We highly recommend Permanent Floors!

November 2023 - Just had the best experience with Permanent Floors Carpet One! This the fourth time using them and we highly recommend them!!! Had LVT installed in the kitchen in the spring and it’s perfect. Today we had carpeting installed by William and Josh and they were super. From ordering in the store with Shelly who is very helpful with her suggestions, to the estimate, everything was so easy. Then, having William and Josh installing the carpet, we couldn’t have been more happy! What super guys and hard workers. They worked together so well and communicated with each other…you could tell they enjoyed their work and liked working together.
