Overall we are satisfied with the services provided by Perrill Construction! The only frustrating thing was that we had to continue to reach out to them to keep our home on their radar in order for our job to get started. Once they started the job they were reliable and proficient. The two guys who worked on our house were kind, respectful and professional. The repairs they did on our roof and the ceilings were done impeccably! You can't even see the seam on the ceiling from where they had to patch the drywall. The office staff were also kind, professional, and quick to respond with everything I needed for the insurance company. They are a bit expensive but I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for and Perrill is worth the money!

Terrible experience with this company. Like so many who were sent to Perrill as USAA members, the adjustor dismissed my claim when Perrill would not itemize costs. Frederick MISDIAGNOSED my roof leak as a faulty skylight, even after I told him it only leaks after the AC runs, not during or after rain. They "squeezed me in" 6 weeks later and did $2K worth of unnecessary roof work, which did not fix the leak, as the subcontractor said it was a broken HVAC line. My HVAC company fixed the leak in a couple of hours the same day for $200. The owner of Perrill, Garrett, told me his company was supposed to work with the insurance company, but they did not. Please save yourself time, a ton of money and stress - go elsewhere. Claims Veteran friendly and is not, and some of the 5 star reviews on Goog

I have USAA and Perrill was the business to come out an do an estimate. The water damage and roof damage, I was told, would not be covered by insurance, and to repair the leak as well as reseal all of the openings on my roof would be about 4k. I did not receive an itemized list or how they arrived at $4,000; like others, they wouldn't provide that to me. With the help of another prior roofing expert, I found the issue, and fixed the leak myself for less than $100. Took some time, but worth it to save close to 4k. They also up-charged my ex-husband for a leak in his home. He ended up using someone else to do the work. I've been told Perrill subcontracts out anyway. Do yourself a favor and just find the people to do it to save yourself his double charge.

Very responsive when initially inspecting the property. Exceptionally knowledgeable in their craft. Took several weeks to receive their proposal for work, and they were unwilling to provide how they arrived at the proposed cost. More focused on explaining how insurance companies work rather than what I am buying through them. I asked how much labor and materials would cost individually and they refused to tell me. They claim it is "normal" for business to be conducted this way.

I am a Veteran and have USAA insurance and unfortunately USAA preferred CTR is Perril construction. Not only did the order my incorrect garage door but they then charged me a $560 restocking fee when I would not accept it. After speaking with the owner he basically called me a lier and did not even try to make it right, so I fired them. This whole process took over two months and when I called Lonnie Greer, I had the correct door installed in less than a week. Save yourself a lot of agrivqaation , Shop around, Perril is over priced, unprofessional, and subcontract thier work out to other businesses. Got to those other businesses!
