Completely unprofessional and rude customer service. My mother-in-law put in a work order to have some Overhead doors that this company installed fixed. It had been about three months and she went in yesterday asking when they were going to fix her doors. The lady was very rude and snide towards her and told her it would be another three months before they would get to her. Not sure what’s going on at this company, But people wonder why no one shops local anymore. Be kind and courteous to your customers! We hired a man from Pampa and He traveled from Pampa to Perryton today and only charged $65 and fix the problems that they had done from the very first install. Look elsewhere when looking for a good company to fix your overhead doors and glass in Perryton... Also don’t try to justify you’

Great customer service with fast turn around! Best in town! Very nice and helpful front office and the repairmen are top quality.

The lady is incredibly rude I will not return There are other businesses out there to choose from anyways
