Personal Touch Carpet & Flooring

We recently hired Personal Touch Carpet & Flooring to clean the carpets at our church, and they did an absolutely outstanding job! From start to finish, Brian, Paul and Shawn were professional, courteous, and incredibly thorough. The carpets hadn’t been deep cleaned in quite some time, but they now look nearly brand new. High-traffic areas that were heavily stained are spotless, and the whole building smells fresh and clean. Their team worked efficiently and respectfully within our space, and even accommodated our schedule to avoid disrupting any church activities. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it really shows in the results. We’re truly grateful for their excellent service and will absolutely be calling them again in the future. Highly recommend!

Two separate services: 1) I had a patch of carpet repaired by Anthony, and I can't tell the difference from the rest of the carpet. Great job! 2) John mentioned that they also clean carpets, so I decided to give them a shot. Paul and Shawn came freshened up five rooms and some stairs. The carpets were relatively clean before, but I could tell they were improved, especially the high-traffic areas. Thanks!

After torrential rains our pump went out with our electricity. As the hours went on we watched our basement, including our children's rooms, fill up with water. We spent a couple of days trying to fix it on our own. Big mistake! Thankfully, Paul and Shawn, came to the house the next morning and immediately got after it. They came in with a plan and knew exactly what to do. Their professionalism and knowledge was impressive. I hope this never happens again but if it did, I would certainly be calling them! I got a referral to Personal Touch Carpet & Flooring for carpet cleaning. Our carpet is a very light color. I had it cleaned a year ago by another company, and it was time for its annual cleaning. There were a couple rooms with "wear traffic" that both the technician and I doubted would look too much better. The technician was VERY conscientious and worked very hard on both of these areas. To his surprise and mine, the carpet looked AMAZING! The technician arrived early! He worked very hard to make me happy. He was very polite and fast. Since I had a fireplace company coming in after him to service 2 fireplaces, he even left several pairs of shoe covers for them to wear when walking on my carpet. The price....phenomenal! Will definitely be calling on them October 2025 for a refresh.
