We had a rat problem in our garage and some rodent in our attic. We called and this company to come out 4 times and the last 5th time the person who came out he told my wife “I don’t know what to tell you, sorry we didn’t catch anything” he also said “the owner would give us a call to resolve this issue” and we never received that call. We told them we’re not going to patch up any holes until this thing is caught, the last thing I want is to seal up the holes and a rodent is left in my attic and it passes. We still have a rat problem in our garage and whatever’s in our attic waking up our baby at night and us as well. My wife called and complained they said they would call bank and never did.
