We started services with this company earlier this year after finding different wolf spiders inside our home. They were quick to help us and we hadn’t had any issues. We signed a 1 year contract. However, after being serviced last month, we found a black widow with an egg in our patio days after their service. We called and they sent someone out to treat again. However, the person only spent about 2 min in our yard and less than a month later, we found another black widow while trying to enjoy our patio. Our patio is clean and free of clutter, so with also professional services, we didn’t expect to see another. I have sent an email and have called 3 times this week asking for them to fix the situation and give us a refund, but we have not been addressed by a manager who can help reprimand

The tech, Chris, was excellent, very knowledgeable and courteous. Very thorough in his work and even mentioned that if we noticed roaches immediately after, just call him and he would be back at no charge. Stayed until all my questions were answered. Going to use them for mosquito treatment as well. Definitely recommend if you are looking for reliable good service. Great customer service from office as well; called to let me know tech was backed up at another location but would be there.

I'm very pleased with the service Pest Defense Solutions provides. The experience was excellent overall, but the best part was the service, knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism of the service tech that came to our home to do the treatment. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. He was very friendly and helpful in answering questions we had to ensure we were confident with the treatment.

I have had Pest Defense Solutions since I moved into my new home about 2.5 years ago. I called around and they give you the most value, and best bang-for-your-buck for initial services. They have have always been reliable and provided excellent services. They now come by every other month to do a maintenance spray and have not had any complaints about their service. I would recommend to everyone.

Rudy has been my pest control guy for a while now. He's very friendly, professional, and efficient. Always asks about previous visits and if there's anything concerning. The company is always quick to respond to any concerns outside of my regularly scheduled visits. They are very flexible if I need to push back appointments or have them sooner. Overall, very happy with Pest Defense Solutions!
