Pest Solutions Plus

Have used Pest Solutions for over the last 5 years for our monthly maintenance. They have been on time (always call prior to set date and time), friendly and have kept our home 🏡 pest free during those times. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality pest control service here in SWFL. Our tech - Jimmy is always accommodating to our busy schedule and shows up on time and with a smile every time! If we have any issues pop up between services he is always willing to talk or help! Nick was very knowledgeable and courteous. He came to the door and explained everything he was going to do. I showed him a few things that I thought needed some attention and he said he would get right on it. At the time there was an Internet service person there and he did not want to spray around where he was working so he said he would go to another home and come back later, which he did! Great job!!

Jimmy did an amazing job. Wonderful communication starting the day before the scheduled service. Was extremely thorough when servicing our home. He took the time to answer all of my questions & he didn’t make me feel like he was rushing through to get to the next job.

Today, we had our first service with your company. The service call was done by Nick. He answered my questions and explained what he was going to do. He was professional and knowledgeable.

Rick was fantastic!! He walked around the property to determine the proper treatment. I feel he went beyond his duties & customer service. Explained some issues of which I was not aware. Very knowledgeable & pleasant. Told me what to expect after 2 weeks. Thank you for such professionalism.
