First time customer for pest control services here. Mike Holland was my technician today, he allowed me to accompany him through a detailed inspection of my crawlspace. He was very professional, informative and personable. I would recommend this firm for your future needs.

Richard has been our technician for several years and he does a great job. He is professional, reliable and handles any issue that has come up at our home. We get plenty of notice and reminders prior to visits. He takes time to understand our concerns and makes sure that we are satisfied with our service. This afternoon I was coming from RDU Airport with my family that include an 3 years old infant and there was a reckless person driving one of this company vehicles tailgating me in an extremely dangerous and reckless manner not letting me get in my right lane , I was extremely scared because my left lane was ending and I was afraid of going straight to the bushes as I was trying to get in the right lane he keep tailgating me and coming way to close to my rear bumper , last time I check tailgating is illegal and dangerous. I was terrified, my wife was in panic and I was scared for my life and safety of my family. . . I even went and stop my vehicle on US1 because seems like he was following me exit my vehicle and ask him what was wrong with him , he then took off speeding. I took a picture

Josh and Daniel came by today right on time. Explained exactly what they needed to do and completed the inspection quickly and efficiently. Afterwards they explained what they found (no issues thank goodness), and answered all my questions. Awesome service, very kind and personable. Thanks so much! 5 stars all the way.
