The technician was professional, punctual, and very easy to work with. While it's still a bit early to see the full long-term results on the lawn, the initial service experience has been excellent. I'm looking forward to seeing how the yard progresses!. ​ ​I’m giving a high rating based on the technician’s great attitude and professionalism. He explained the process thoroughly and was very respectful of the property. I'll be keeping an eye on the lawn's health over the next few months to see the final results.

Patrick is an excellent technician. He always notifies me when he’s coming, which is helpful. More importantly, he’s friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to answer any questions I may have. Not sure about price question. I pay monthly for year round termite monitoring.

Cheyenne was so great! Very thorough, She took her time and made sure to ask if I had any questions regarding the service! The last two people, including Cheyenne to service our home have been the best so far! I would absolutely love to have Cheyenne come back and service our property. I just wish there were more texts that were as friendly as Cheyenne!!

Franklin did a thorough job spraying my lawn. He reached out to me when he wasn’t able to access my backyard due to my locked gate, whereas other lawn techs have just left my property without spraying. I appreciate his communication and hard work.
