I’m extremely disappointed with this pest control service. While I understand that no company can prevent every issue, the way they handled my situation was unprofessional and unacceptable. I had a chipmunk building a nest inside my furnace. I contacted them immediately. They scheduled a visit, but when the technician arrived, they were unable to enter the property and did not call or follow up at all—they simply left. I had to call the next day to find out what happened. When I did call, I was given an excuse about a lack of cell service due to a “national Verizon issue,” which was simply not true—the outage had occurred the day before. On top of that, the person I spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive, telling me it didn’t matter that the technician couldn’t enter and that the o

contacted Pestech in July/August after hearing buzzing inside my bedroom walls. When I checked outside, I saw bees going in and out of the exterior wall. While inspecting the rest of the house, I found another hive on the opposite side of the house, but that one was fully on the exterior. The Pestech rep who came for the quote $400 BTW took photos of both locations, made notes, and said Roger the technician would know exactly where to treat. Since everything was supposed to be handled from the outside, I agreed to let them come while I wasn’t home. I later got a call from Tech Roger saying both hives were “taken care of” and that the bees inside the wall had been treated. But the buzzing inside my bedroom wall continued for weeks.
