Reliable, detail oriented, very reasonably priced, and a genuinely nice guy. We needed major work done to prep our house for closing on a fast sale. Justin sized up what needed to be done, somehow found a source for some non-main stream materials we needed, and finished all repair/replacement work ahead of schedule.
