Ryan and Teresa were amazing during this project. Ryan was friendly and informative with answers to any questions and safety concerns we had. Teresa did the inspection prior to tenting and approached the inspection with compassion and attention to detail. Job site was clean, and left in the same condition as before the job. The process for payment and job timeline details were a little unorganized but I do have high expectations. Overall I would recommend and choose this company for all my pest control issues. They have a great warranty as well which can be renewed annually.

Pestguard just completed the Thermal Acoustical Pest (TAP) control insulation in our condo, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results! Gary, our condo association’s pest control expert, recommended the TAP system as a preventative solution and provided detailed information on how it offers both pest control and year-round thermal protection. The Pestguard Termite crew—Joe, Josh, Alanda, and Adel—did an outstanding job during the installation. Joe and Josh arrived early for a thorough pre-inspection and site preparation. Joe carefully inspected the attic while Josh removed the damaged insulation. The team was efficient and respectful of our property and they kept us updated every step of the way. Having to tent your home is never a pleasant experience but PestGuard assisted us every step of the way and gave us a fair price. I would definitely recommend their service.

Joe from Pest Guard was fantastic. He helped me with a rat issue and was thorough, patient, and kind throughout the entire visit.
