Had several bees in the house and needed a second treatment. The nest was somewhere in the house, and obviously very large. Treatment was done outside where they flew in and out. The pictures show only a handful of bees I handled, there was hundreds and I was stung on two occasions. Jermaine is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. He has been handling bees for many years and had a lot of information to share. One day after the second treatment, they are almost completely gone. I would certainly recommend his service. We have been with the company for about five years and received outstanding service from Brian. Since his departure, we have had the pleasure of working with Ian, who was just as professional. He did a great job, was very thorough, took his time, and ensured the service was satisfactory.

I was going to cancel my monthly service having my home sprayed for spiders because I now have a cat. When Mikey came for service this morning I asked him not to spray inside and that I was going to terminate my service. Mikey told me other ways I could protect my home without using chemicals inside. Mikey is always respectful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He’s a wonderful emplyee

Wilbert was great. Aces. A++++. He was friendly, patient, extremely knowledgable and extremely efficient with his time. He knew what needed to be done and set to it. I arrived late for our appointment because of a work thing, and Wilbert was all, "No problem. I just got here." I felt bad and he was very understanding.
