Technicians were friendly and knowledgeable, but communication between office staff and technicians was poor. They sent two technicians out with inappropriate equipment - the nest was 35 feet off the ground and the first two technicians did not have a tall enough ladder. Furthermore, appointment was rescheduled due to weather, but I received no notification of the cancellation. Once the third technician came out with the appropriate ladder, service was efficient, thorough and tidy.

I've had PestNow for several years and I appreciate their work. Alexander came by and he was friendly, and completed my quarterly spray very fast. They always knock on the door to see if someone is home and if not they leave a notice to let me know they were here. Alexander smiled, greeted me, and went straight to work. No complaints from me!

From my quarterly Pest Treatment to the need to have soffit cob webs cleared, to having an urgent need for removal of a large Wasp nest -- I was able to schedule having a technician on-site within 24 hours of calling. Thank you Nick for all of your help!

I needed to reschedule my original service date, was very easy to do. Always deal with polite people at PestNow. Today’s quarterly inspection done by Alexander was quick and he called ahead to let me know his arrival time

Jeremy at Pestnow is the best. His customer service skills are awesome. He’s great at his job and knows what he’s doing. We had issues on the property and he took care of all of them. He’s great and I highly recommend Pestnow.
