We needed a safe place to board our two dogs. First one, most convent to our home, was awful. Our big girl came home with bite marks, one causing a tough infection. Second one was good, but felt isolating. Then we found DogTopia in Dublin, Ohio. The owner demonstrated deep experience and knowledge driven by values that immediately caught our attention. EVERYONE on the staff loved dogs, were skillful, responsive and patient with us. Our big girl arrives at “camp” (DogTopia) with near unrestrainable excitement, and at the end of our 4 to 6 day trips, goes home HAPPY and exhausted. I highly recommend PetStop of Columbus. They did an amazing job! Unlike other local companies I solicited they took the time to meet with us IN PERSON and our dog before choosing their solution. They wanted to make sure it’s a positive experience for our dog and she didn’t end up being afraid to be outside and could still be her fun self knowing the boundaries. They came out for several training sessions but only a few were necessary. Their integrity and thoughtfulness was greatly appreciate and in my mind they go above and beyond.

Chip and Sandi are incredible down home folks to work with. We purchased an electric fence and lessons on how to use it and a correction collar. Chip and Sandi are friendly, professional, and really do care about the safety of animals. Chip came to our house an hour away from his business, numerous times to teach us and our dog Peppa about the electric fence and how to use the training collar 'No Bad Dogs'. He was so patient and loving with our pup, Peppa. His goal was to keep her safe inside the fence and to keep her from having trauma. He achieved that goal over and over again. We were so hesitant to use the collar and it took us several months to actually put the knowledge we gained to use. Once we did use the collar as instructed, it worked like magic.
