We have been serving South Siskiyou County since 1979 providing a wide range of repair and maintenance services promptly and efficiently at a very affordable price. We promise to call back the same day unless we have died and gone to Heaven.

Pete is a real guy. He's an experienced in many phases of maintenance and construction so he's really a "Pete of all trades" but has settled on plumbing. He resurrected a water heater, pulled plastic trash out of a garbage disposer, resolved a D/W door conflict with a range door, installed the Dishwasher (D/W), and put in a new kitchen faucet. He knows stuff, returns calls, and really has a helping demeanor and is a lot of fun to talk to and can tell you who to use in the maintenance business. No, he didn't pay me for this review, but he really made new (old) home ownership much easier.
I've had Pete replace a water heater, faucets, toilets, fix broken pipes, etc. etc, in the 8 years we've lived here. Always efficient and reasonable. No surprises. I would highly recommend him.
He is not an honest man. He backed into the side of my parked car causing $2,000+ in damages & lied to his insurance company that it was my fault. I wouldn't trust him hiring him for anything.
