Wed.,3/4/26, I had NO heat! Peterman technician, Dalton Morgan, arrived 2ish; I'd asked central office to call me on my HOME Phone as my cell phone was not working properly. You folks kept texting my cell so I missed several opportunities to snag an earlier appt. Bottom Line: Dalton was knowledgeable, informative and discovered the problem: "the pressure switch had failed." He procured one and replaced it, finally leaving around 6:30PM. While he was out picking up a new switch, I called the office--after checking my bank account--and asked if I could pay 1/2 today and the other 1/2 next week when I get paid. "NO! PAYMT. IS DUE IN FULL DAY-of-Service." Ridiculous!! I HAD NO HEAT AND WAS FREEZING! You folks need to rethink that policy! Fortunately, when Dalton returned, he contacted his

We called Peterman Brothers to install a dusk to dawn light on our front porch. Trey and Austin did a great job! They arrived as promised, worked efficently and now we have a great new light. And no more turning on and off light switch evey day! Thank you, Peterman Brothers!
