Peter's Appliance

Wonderful experience!! We needed an upright freezer fast for some beef we purchased. Peter delivered and installed it for us. Peter and his company were so attentive and pleasant!! We have a great freezer now without spending too much!! Excellent company!!

I bought a refurbished washer and dryer from them about 4 years ago now and they still run great! I have only had to call them out once since then and they covered the repair under warranty and that was about 3 years ago. highly recommend!

So my husband leaves town. Important business meeting. Later that day around 5pm, I notice the deep freezer is warming. Things on the top are getting soft. Of course, we are having a warm spell even though it's Dec 5th, so I can't put everything outside in coolers that night as all the snow was melting! A little stressed not having any idea who to call. Had to go to a volunteer job at 6:30 that night and thought to just ask someone there for a referral. Peter's it was. My friend said he had them come over for two different appliances and felt they were honest and fixed his problems. That was the main word I wanted to hear- honest. If I'm able to trust someone coming into my house to do work, that's about everything. Yes, I want them to know how to do their job, too. And Peter's does!! I c

Our washing machine was malfunctioning. I was referred to Peter's Appliance by a family member saying his great they were. Haha! What a joke! I called and made an appointment. The person said he'd be there between 4-7 pm. He showed up at 9 pm....2 hours later with no phone call!!! He looked at the washer and apparently found the problem. He said he needed to find the part and would get back with me. That was over a week ago! I called and left a message to find out what was going on and no return call from them. I called Appliance by Paul and they're on it! I should've called them to begin with and not this clown show.

would give 6/5 if possible. I can recommend this company as a reputable location to get refurbished appliances.
