I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this company has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I’m genuinely confused about how a relatively small landscaping business can be run with such an excessive level of bureaucracy and so little regard for communication or customer experience. I fully understand that a tree removal job requires a formal proposal—no issue there. What I didn’t expect was to wait an entire week just to receive a contract that contained only a couple of vague lines, with no specifics or timelines.
