I am so grateful for their hard work, not only did they deal with my insurance company, they did an amazing job with my roof. In July of 2020 we had hail damage to our roof. We had several different roofing companies tell us we needed a new roof, but our insurance company turned us down twice, saying that the damage didn't exceed our deductible and the other roofers didn't dispute it. Then we started to have leaks every time it rained in 4 different spots. By 2022 we were at our wits end and one of our neighbors recommended Peters because they replaced her roof from the same storm back in 2020. We called and Steve came out. At this point, we just wanted it fixed even if the insurance company wouldn't cover it. Right away Steve told us that they no longer make our shingles and the whole roof would need to be replaced.
