Peter's Water Treatment and Eco Water Systems

BE AWARE OF THEIR FRAUDULENT PRACTICES!!! Called them because they were offering their svc thru Costco for new Water filter systems. I have and older Ecowater unit. I asked them to come and see if it can be repair because it was given an Error 001 msg and if can't be repaired I would like an estimate for a new one. They charged $249 for svc call. The tech first he said he probably will need to replace the switch, motor and the board. He ended changing the board and I spent another $495 for the board. Few days after it we went 30 days overseas and at my return the unit was giving the same error msg. Called the office informing the unit wasn't working and they sent the tech the following day. He checked the unit and look at his truck and replaced the motor and the switch without giving any e

James was very efficient. He found that the unit had been left in the bypass mode by the previous technician. This is huge, as the conditioner was not doing its job. James was very professional and courteous. He is definitely an asset to your company.

PETER'S WATER TREATMENT DID POORLY ON A RE-INSTALLATION OF THEIR SYSTEM WHEN WE CHANGED OUR COUNTER TOPS. THEY ACKNOWLEDGED IT IMMEDIATELY AND MADE IT RIGHT. ALTHOUGH WE LOST A. COUPLE OF WEEKS WITHOUR A SYSTEM BECAUSE THE REPLACEMENT HAD TO BE SPECIAL ORDERED, THEY COVERED ALL COSTS AND DID A PERFECT JOB AT THE FINISH. I CAN PERSONALLY RECOMMEND THEM. THE GENTLEMAN WHO DID THE FINAL INSTALLATION WAS PROFESSIONAL, EXPERT AND DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB. EXCELLENT!

Marquise Lewis was the tech who came and replaced my pressure switch. He was friendly, experienced and explained everything. It’s my first time using Peters and it won’t be my last. Hopefully no more sprinkler problems but they will be my first call. Thanks Tony!
